The PR93B-D2 is a Steelheart Series Pizza prep table, three section refrigerator with drawer/door combo. Engineered to maintain food safe temperatures in 100°F ambient conditions and with a net capacity of 29.3 cubic feet, this front breathing prep table refrigerator is the right choice for hot kitchens. It features a dual controller system for ideal temperatures in both the rail and cabinet.
The PR93B-D2 is constructed of stainless steel, which protects this unit from minor damage and rust. Plus, it is easy to clean. The PR93B-D2 includes (12) polycarbonate plastic 1/3rd size pans, 4″ deep. drawer/door units are made to order. allow 4-6 weeks. Equipped with drawer slides constructed of 14 gauge stainless steel with durable delrin rollers. A 93″ x 19″ x 0.5″ thick white polyethylene cutting board is standard. Refrigerant flow is controlled with a capillary tube.
