The double porcelainized interior surface resists hidden rust, and the unit includes a dual pane thermal glass window with a stainless steel door frame and chrome handle. The tilt-down front control panel provides simple maintenance. It operates at 27,000 BTU/hour, utilizing a Dual Flow Gas system. Controls include standard SSI-M solid state manual dials, optional SSD digital display, and SimpleTouch touchscreen with recipe storage. Operational features include rack timing, Cook & Hold, Fan Delay, Fan Pulse, and HAACP storage capability.
