At Bayareawholesale, we understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order. Here is our cancelation policy

Canceling an order

To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet shipped, we will be able to cancel it and issue a full refund. If your order has already shipped, we will be unable to cancel it, but you may return it for a refund in accordance with our return policy (see below).

Return policy

We offer a 14-day return policy for most products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, minus any shipping fees. Some products may be subject to a restocking fee. Please contact us for more information.

Custom orders:

Custom orders may not be canceled once production has begun. If you need to cancel a custom order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee that it will be possible to cancel the order.
