DFG-50 Single Premium Half Size Gas Convection Oven – Liquid Propane, 27,500 total BTU. Built with the same fully welded angle iron frame, this oven maintains its structure over long use. The double porcelainized interior surface resists hidden rust, and the unit includes a dual pane thermal glass window with a stainless steel door frame and chrome handle. The tilt-down front control panel provides simple maintenance. It operates at 27,000 BTU/hour, utilizing a Dual Flow Gas system. Controls include standard SSI-M solid state manual dials, optional SSD digital display, and SimpleTouch touchscreen with recipe storage. Operational features include rack timing, Cook & Hold, Fan Delay, Fan Pulse, and HAACP storage capability. Capacity is (5) half-size sheet pans in front-to-back position or (5) 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" steam table pans.
